Clinical expertise meets compassionate presence
CMS-recognized dementia care education
Serving healthcare facilities nationwide
“Dementia care isn’t just clinical. It’s about learning to stay — to show up even when it’s hard, to be present even when words fail.”
I’ve learned this from both sides. With over 20 years in healthcare and hospice, I’ve seen how proper training transforms not just patient outcomes, but the lives of caregivers who serve them.
But I’ve also learned it from seventeen years of sobriety, from showing up at my father’s bedside in his final days, and from a cardinal that appeared fifteen days after his death — reminding me that the promises we make matter most when keeping them is hardest.
About Rob Brizzi
I’ve spent over 20 years in healthcare at the intersection of clinical excellence and compassionate end-of-life care. As a hospice professional and dementia care specialist, I’ve learned that proper training transforms not just outcomes, but lives.
My path wasn’t straightforward. Seventeen years of sobriety. Two decades in healthcare. Multiple awards and recognitions. But the real education came from learning to stay present — in my own recovery, in my father’s final days, and in the thousands of bedside moments that taught me what it means to truly show up.
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and author of The Cardinal’s Promise, I bring both clinical expertise and hard-won personal experience of what it takes to be there when someone needs you most.
